I came to you for help with my panic attacks. After suffering for 15 years and trying every therapy known to man! I was hoping to see a reduction in severety and frequency in the hope i could regain some calm in my life.

My experience of the session:

I found it very helpful to view my attacks from a clinical point instead of a personal one in understanding how they affect the body and thought processes which helped me to relax into the hypnosis session. This was invaluble as i found i spent the whole of that day unusually calm afterwards and was able to hold onto that when i needed it.

Impact on my life:

I'm glad i came to you and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend as i've seen very positive changes in my life since my therapy. I still have panic attacks but they are far less agressive and not as frequent in spite of some severe domestic challenges to my equilibrium!! I feel better able to cope with them and think that given time and a few changes in my lifestyle i may even wave goodbye to them at some point in the future.

I came to see you for help with:
I had been experiencing problems at work when dealing with certain situations and found myself lacking confidence as well. I wanted to be able to work through these issues and move forward with my career.

My experience of the session:

The techniques learnt from each session have proven to be veru useful on a daily basis. Of more use has been the ability to now think about things in a different way to help solve problems and deal with difficult situations.

Impact on my life:

The sessions with Nick have had a very positive effect on my work and home life. I felt relaxed after each session and was able to use the techniques I learnt effectively to help me at work and enable me to start to move my career forward

I came to see you for help with:
Past accident making issues in my life difficult to deal with. I wanted to let go of what happened and move on with my life.

My experience of the session:

I learned that I had more connections to what happended than I first thought. The techniques were good although I find it very difficult to relax etc

Impact on my life:

It has made a positive change to that particular issue, I feel more confident in myself and am dealing with issues in a more positive way.

I came to see you for help with:
First visit was to work through issues related to a traumatic birth. Subsequently we did hypnobirthing and latterly a relaxation/sleep session

My experience of the session:

The first session was a complete revelation! If only I had come to see you a year before, my life would have been very different. I was amazed at how some simple techniques and rewiring the brain could affect how I felt on a day-to-day basis and also when dealing with the memory of the birth.

Hypnobirthing sessions were more of a preparation and the relaxation techniques tailored to preparing for delivery were very useful. I have to say it was the breathing techniques that totally changed the way I coped with the delivery. Really focusing the energy into the body as opposed to screaming and wasting it!

Impact on my life:

Enormously positive impact.

I came to see you for help with:
I was feeling a lot of negative emotions and being very self critical which i felt was preventing me from enjoying and appreciating life.  I wanted to try and see if i could have a different thought process, i didn't want this negativity which dominates my mother's life to dominate mine.

My experience of the session:

I found the session incredibly helpful, both interms of helping me 'get over' my traumatic c-section, but also found that i was a lot more positive about myself and the future in general.  I found that the quote you used 'what other people think of you is none of your business' to be very helpful.  i admit that i was very sceptical that hypnosis could help me so am very pleasantly surprised with the outcome.  I am sure that the hypnosis has changed my constant negativity - i still have lingering self-doubt, but this is a fraction of what i formally believed.

Impact on my life:

i felt very relieved and 'light', like i had unburdened myself.  my traumatic experience felt like another 'memory', bad memory but just a memory. so very positive

I came to see you for help with:
Stress related depression and anxiety caused by my work situation. I wanted to feel myself again and have some way to stop feeling anxious every time I faced a descision/stressful moment

My experience of the session:

The 7-11 breathing technique was great. I have used it a great deal since learning. The MP3 I listen to each night shortly before bed and I am sleeping much better as a result. After the sessions I felt so much more positive about everything. The session where I sat in the place of my manager was very eye opening. I do not think there is anything you could improve on.

Impact on my life:

The sessions definately had a positive impact. I feel better about myself and in the next couple of months I will be getting back to work

I came to see you for help with:
I had huge anxiety issues, and struggled to keep control on anxious thoughts which had developed to a level that started to effect my life

My experience of the session:

All you sessions were brilliant, the fact you didnt want to sign me up for a number of appointments and just reviewed my state one session at a time made me really feel you were there to help me rather than earn money from my problem.

Impact on my life:

I have had a lot of ups and down and good days and bad day, but the help you gave has made me control the anxiety issues when the get really bad. And your free download is very helpful in just lowering the anxiety level

I came to see you for help with:
Suffering from extreme anxiety, panic attacks and severe depression. Was really clutching at straws for someone to help.

My experience of the session:

Was very sceptical as my condition was so bad. Couldn't believe how quickly session time had passed. Felt better from the moment I left the session. Somehow instantly lighter.

Impact on my life:

I had been suffering panic attacks everytime I went on holiday or any major thing happened in my life for 20 years. Since I had just my one session I've not had panic attack since, have coped with redundancy, illness and holidays without any anxiety. Just returned from Egypt last month. Can't believe it's a coincidence that everything changed so dramatically after session, so must have been hypnosis. Still practise relaxation, visualisation and 7/11 breathing. I am really so thankful that I got my life back.

I came to see you for help with:
Found out wife was having an affair with a work "mate". We had split up and I had a lot of anger that needed to be channelled and controlled

My experience of the session:

learned the breathing technique. This helped to relax tense situations.I have adopted this for other stressful situations at work and has been very successful

Impact on my life:

Felt much more positive. Sights and sounds that had triggered of anger in the past became less significant after a short period of time with using the hypnosis technique. Played the cd several times after getting home to help get me into the right frame of mind. Used it a couple of times as a refresher but can usually now use the technique without it.

My experience of the session:

techniques taught were great, they opened up a new way of thinking which has helped me to control my problems.

Impact on my life:

the therapy helped alot and i continue to use it today. That said the therapy is only as good as you make it, i.e what you put in, you get out.... the cd helped alot it reinforced the sessions and enabled me to have some ME time at the very least

Issues with Anger and confrontation

My experience of the session:

We discovered an awful lot i wouldnt have got from self-help books, and this has enabled me to put into perspective the issue I was experiencing. I think the one to one sessions were invaluable.

Impact on my life:

I have since experienced the issues I was getting problems with and have noticed no recurrence of the anxiety. Also my family have noticed an improvement in my ability to deal with situations, which is ultimately why I did this.

I came to see you for help with:
I wanted to take away the fear from a previous interview I had had which was impacting on future interviews - I wanted to be more confident

My experience of the session:

The session was brilliant - i felt like I floated out of the session, full of confidence. Understanding what happens to the brain when nervous was great as I was able to acknowledge what was happening to me but not give it any power. I took the visualisation that was given to me in hypnosis, of what I would feel like after the interview and used it daily leading up to the interview

Impact on my life:

I felt great after the session and tried to keep hold of that feeling as the days passed. I didn't get the job i went for, but that wasn't the goal of the session. I was able to go to the interview and speak and think clearly which was a major accomplishment. I have another interview next week and know that I will be fine on the day. The fear of interviews has been dramatically lifted. I'm still nervous but not to the point of hyperventilating like before

I came to see you for help with:
Ongoing panic attacks after counselling.  Wanted to stop these

My experience of the session:

Very informative, the hypnosis session was successful in curing the main issue and the ongoing self-management techniques have worked very well and stood me in good stead for avoiding future issues.

Impact on my life:

I haven't suffered another full panic attack since the therapy, so yes, definitely a positive change.

I was given a relaxation CD which has proved useful in helping me to manage my stress levels during difficult times

Needed help with depression and alcohol use. Wanted to achieve an understanding of these issues and a way (tools) of how to cope with them.

My experience of the session:

The information and tools that I learned were and are very useful. The book references were also very good and I baught and read the books on addition and depression. Also the relaxation exercises are very helpful.

Impact on my life:

It helped my understanding of how addition works and why it happens, which is great, and has helped me cope with difficult situations.

I came to see you for help with:
Sickness phobia.  Wanted to not panic if someone is ill near me or worry about stomach bugs. Also to enjoy more foods and not think about how much is in my stomach

My experience of the session:

Very informative about how the brain works, comforted by the knowledge that its a good thing to be sick to rid of poisons etc, and that it wont hurt me. Talking to someone who understands helps.

Impact on my life:

calmer, more ready to tackle my issue rather than hide away from it, wanting to try different vegetables.

I came to see you for help with:
issue was stress management at work and home. I wanted to be able to control my stress

My experience of the session:

The session was a very new experience for me. At times I felt quite awkward as some of the questions were very probing. I realize that the "interrogation" is necessary to get to the root of the issue. The techniques have helped tremendously.

Impact on my life:

I felt very relaxed after the therapy and it made a positive change to the issue.       The hypnosis Cd was invaluable as a follow up to the session.I have used it frequently, whenever I feel my stress levels increasing.

I came to see you for help with:
Relationship and self esteem problems. I wanted to get closure on my previous relationship and build on my self esteem.

My experience of the session:
I really liked the session I had.  It went so quickly. One session was all that I needed.  My life and outlook has improved considerably and as a result my life has changed.

Impact on my life:
Therapy has made a huge positive impact.  My self esteem grows everyday and my previous relationship no longer bothers me. My life has completely changed and so has my outlook.

I came to see you for...Paranoia, fear, study problems, PTSD

My experience of the session:
Everything was on point! It could not have been better. I felt         fully cured after one session, the second session was my decision! It gave me things to take away and use and practice!

Impact on my life:
Everything was fantastic from the very start! Took me in on an emergency basis...saved my trip to Canada! Amazing guy...puts you at ease straight away! Very understanding and good experience of life!  Would recommend him ten times over!

I came to see you for help with:
I was lacking confidence to cold call businesses - a key to the growth and success of my business.  My focus was completely on failure so was avoiding making calls, even though in reality I actually do have a good success rate.

My experience of the session:
It was useful to go over all the elements of the sale process, identify some experiences which may have triggered this.  I found the process of finding out how I visualised things in my mind very useful and was explained very clearly.  Finally, the hypnosis session, the parts I remember, was comfortable.  Nick also gave me additional information and references to consider, so I felt that it was a very 'holistic' session.

Impact on my life:
Immediately upon leaving I felt very positive and keen to put things into action.  There was a moment of reluctance to start, just in case I felt know change, but in fact this was not the case. I have to say that I realise that I do need to ensure that I listen to the tape provided on a very regular basis - I did stop listening to it for about a week, thinking the issue was no longer there, but then felt myself slipping back into some old thinking.  A couple of nights listening to the tape again has definitely resolved that.

Sally Measures (Peterborough) [Motivation, High Performance Coaching]

Impact on my life:
I definitely feel less stressed and i think discussing my feelings with you has helped me to realise that i am not the only person who suffers from the symptoms of stress/anxiety and knowing the signs can help to prevent an attack early on. Realising the cause of these symptoms has helped me to make positive changes to my life i.e. more 'me time', more time spent relaxing and fight negative thoughts. 70

I came to see you for help with:
A had dog phobia. Could hardly pass by a dog without getting breathless out of fear. Even anticipation of confronting a dog made me panic. I came to you hoping to one day be able to pass by a dog in the street without embarrassing myself by running to the other side.

My experience of the session:

The experience had a calming effect on me. I must confess though, I was rather sceptical of what the whole procedure  could do for me. I still don't know what exatly happened. What I do know is that it worked and gave me much more than what I bargained for!

Impact on my life:
I only expected to be able to control my fear of dogs. Now, it seems so silly that I was ever afraid of dogs. Within a couple of months of my therapy, I bought a lovely Labrador puppy. Nellie is about six months old now and we are inseparable. She sleeps in my bed, I wouldn't have her anywhere else! As for other dogs, I simply can't stay away from them!

Farhad Shekari (Dog Phobia)

I came to see you for help with:
Llevel of anxiety over perceived workload -lack of impetus to see the wood for the trees -anxiety symptons leading to physical illness (IBS, palpitations etc) -to have some answers on how to overcome my anxieties without the need for medication

My experience of the session:
Made to feel very comfortable and even though 2 hr session I was pleasantly surprised when I left to know that he had spent more time talking and chatting through my concerns without clock-watching.

really gained an insight into the theory behind my physical symptoms (fight or flight) and looking at the world in black and white because of this.  This particular description really put a lot of my behaviours into context and I now challenge myself to calm down and have found my decision-making abilities have ben more consultative.  The cd on relaxation techniques was invaluable.

Impact on my life:
I could safely say that my visit to Nick was instrumental in my "getting a grip" on what was threatening to overcome me at one point.  I can therefore safely say that it made an extremely positive effect/change to me and I would recommend it to ayone in a similar situation.

I originally came for help with panic attacks, i wanted to achieve the confidence to go out without these attacks happening.

My experience of the session:
I think my sessions went really well. The information, hypnosis & the techniques you taught me were very helpful to cope with my problem.(Which i use quite often now)

Impact on my life:
I now feel more confident about myself & it has made a positive change to me.

I came to see you for help with:
Relationship dependency.  My intuition was telling me I was in an inappropriate relationship (but I was so keen to be in a relationship (having been so from age 15 to age 52), I didn't want to end it.  This was causing confusion and lots of stress.  I wanted to achieve clarity of mind by having the therapy.

My experience of the session:
I was very impressed with your therapy and coaching.  You never made me feel like a silly female, which helped me to stop beating myself up.  As well as achieving my main objective (clarity of perspective), I also gained some invaluable techniques for coping with future unforeseen problems that life will throw at me.  After the sessions, I referred to the matrix that included "black and white thinking" on a regular basis and it enabled me to stand outside of myself without being too judgemental

Impact on my life:
The therapy enabled me to make an appropriate judgement in terms of ending the bad relationship, without worrying afterwards whether I had made a mistake. The therapy has facilitated an "enforced" period of being single (ie deliberately not dating anyone for three or four months) without it being too much of a big deal.  This single status has started to give me more insights into my own character and needs that, I believe, will enable me to get more out of future relationships.

My experience of the session:
Nick you gave me back my old self.  I cannot thank you enough.  I have learned some great techniques and now the power of the mind is unstoppable

I came to see you for help with:
Post traumatic stress diagnosed by G.P. and wanted to address the issues of being able to come to terms with the death of my father and return back to my normal way of life.

My experience of the session:
The techniques taught I still continue to use together with the tape. I feel very comfortable with the treatment and now use it to relax. I cannot think of improvements as in my case it was extremely successful

Impact on my life:
After each session I was able to focus and achieve progress on the particular issues concerned. Throughout the whole experience was a series of positives.

I came to see you for help with:
I was allowing work related stress to become overwhelming and it was affecting my life outside of work. I wanted to regain control of my reaction to stressful situations.
My experience of the session:
I found the session extremely beneficial and now implement the techniques i learned without even thinking about it.

Impact on my life:
Immediately after the session i felt very refreshed and positive.

I came to see you for help with:
Came for help with drinking problem - binge drinking and feeling depressed and anxious.  Wanted clarity and help to quit or successfully moderate my alcohol intake.

My experience of the session:
Learnt some very helpful techniques. Just some statements you made helped me view my 'problem' in a different light, made me feel empowered and confident that I could change my behaviour without the use of anti-depressants which was why I had gone to the GP in the first place. Taking medication is against most of my principles but I was feeling desperate and that I had tried most things to stop/moderate. You helped me see that the drinking was causing the low feelings (v. grateful for that, thank you!). Hypnosis was great, a new experience. I often reflect on things we discussed and pause to think about what I will do next, where previously I probably would have had a knee jerk reaction.

Impact on my life:
I felt hopeful and optimistic that I could make real and lasting change in my life. I saw the whole issue in a new light and it was helpful to speak to an objective listener. It hasn't been that straightforward in practice but there has been progress. Since we met, I have moved to Canada and started a pretty stressful course and am still wrestling with the total 'Habit' of drinking on weekends but lately have been doing a detox/cleanse with friends (which is great support) and I feel SO much better in myself. More energy, better sleep, better self image and esteem and only drinking one night a week (although I shouldn't be having any, previously it was 4-5 nights a week so proud of self for that!)Trying to be compassionate with myself and accept the journey.

I came to see you for help with:
Driving test nerves- wanting to get rid of nerves

My experience of the session:
The whole service was excellent in content and provided excellent information which helped me on the day of my test. I found the hypnosis and eliminating my negative thoughts associated with my driving test briliant as it completely got rid of my fears and associations with past experiences. I felt relived and light after my session, I was able to go into my test carm and relaxed. The CD reinforced everything that was discussed in the session and provided me with a excellent resource to rely upon on the days leading up to my test.

Impact on my life:
I found the service to be excellent as I was able to take my driving test with confidence on the day as my fears and negative thoughts associated with the test were completely eliminated.

Thanks Nick with your help I passed my test!!

I came to see you for help with:
I had a needle phobia. With a hospital appointment coming up I wanted to reduce the anxiety my phobia was causing.

My experience of the session:
I learned a lot about the causes of phobias, which helped me accept the way I was feeling. The 7-11 breathing technique is easy to do and I have used it often. It really works!

I left the session feeling very relaxed and feeling that a burden had been lifted off my shoulders.

I am now able to think about my coming hospital appoinment in a very matter of fast way and without getting anxious. A few days later I handled a syringe without any fear or anxiety at all.

I used the CD every night for a week after the session and it helped me relax. I will probably continue to use it regularly..perhaps one a week... as an aid to relaxation.

Impact on my life:

You asked me to let you know how I got on with my operation earlier this week. I'm delighted to say that although I did get vey anxious when arriving at the hospital, the actual process of having the cannula needle put in me and having it there for several hours caused me absolutely no problems at all. I think I can safely say that my needle phobia has gone, thanks to you!

I came to see you for help with:
A lot of stress going on in my life due to a divorce.I wanted to feel more relaxed and be relieved of the daily tension I was suffering

My experience of the session:

I was quite happy with conditions ,relaxing and comfortable

Impact on my life:
I did not feel any particlular change at first but gradually using the the exercises helped. Quite significant this was when I coped very well with a phone call from my ex husband. I am a person that seems to be always doing something ,I now find making time to listen to the cd is good for me to relax .I try hard now to think and use the breating exersise before going into a panic about everything .

I came to see you for help with:
To relax more and get a good nights sleep

I came to see you for help with:
An issue of confidence facing a long awaited assessment which was triggering off bad memories of a negative experience with a similar situation

My experience of the session:
The session was conducted very professionally. I felt at ease within a short time of arriving. The reassurance discussion was very useful but the hypnotherapy session was the event that made the biggest difference. I went away feeling extremely relaxed  and had s very good night's sleep in a long time. My subconscious obviously needed some work done to it. Tremendous help. I used it at least once a day and nearer the event, twice a day. The CD coupled with the 7/11 breathing got me through

Impact on my life:

The session was a positive trigger to other actions I took in following your advice and the collective impact was VERY POSITIVE. I am pleased to let you know that I passed my assessment with flying colours and am now deemed qualifie which opens up all sorts of other doors for me. With hindsight, I wonder what all the fuss I made was all about! I just want to thanks you for our first session and all the subsequent support you gave. With your help, I have at last exorcised the demon that had been haunting me for the last 10+ years!

I came to see you for help with:
Stress problems related to relationship with elderly mother. I wanted to achieve a more relaxed way of dealing with the situation and help dealing with the stress.

My experience of the session:
The experience on the whole was a positive one although 'uncomfortable' at times when working through issues.
The techniques taught have been very useful.

Impact on my life:

I felt extremely relaxed and have since been a lot more 'laid back' about dealing with my mother although as time passes, stress levels have on occassion risen and I have had to work very hard on the techniques taught.

The sleep download has been very useful and for most of the time really successful.  There are however, times when it doesn't work at all and I just have to switch if off as I can become agitated.

Elaine Dews [Anxiety and Anger, Sleep Issues]

I came to see you for help with:
Anger management issues. I wanted to achieve a level at which I no longer felt the need to raise my level of anger quickly and unnecessarily, at often minor things.

My experience of the session:
Having spoken about it to a professional, outside of my home environment, the experience gave me a real insight into how I could improve my anger issue. The 7-11 breathing technique has become routine now after practice, and I feel notably calmer when addressing a problem. Using 'role play' in the session allowed my to see aspects from other peoples' point of view, which I had never thought about to an extent.  This has helped dramatically.

Impact on my life:

The session was very beneficial in that I came out of it determined to try the techniques in order to make a positive change to myself. Although it took a while, I do see an improvement in the way I approach and deal with things now, and my anger has calmed to a level I am pleased with.

Anonymous [Anger Issues]

I came to see you for help with:
I had issues with confidence in the work place, I always felt there was a big learning curve when taking on something new and that people were talking about me. I wanted to become more confident and less paranoid.

My experience of the session:
I found the session very worth while. The relaxation techniques were very useful and I felt immediately relaxed during the hypnosis section of the session.

Impact on my life:

After the session I felt positive and relaxed. It put my issues into prospective and it has helped me gain more confidence which is what I originally set out to achieve.

I have not felt the need to use the cd at the moment but will use it in the future if I need to and I am happy that I have it if I do have a lapse in confidence

"I just wanted to say thank you for all your help and support over the past couple of months. All your help has made a huge difference to my life in more ways than I can put into words. "Nick, you have a natural ability. We love to see natural talent combined with hard work" - Jill Wootton - Training Director - Uncommon Knowledge

Dear Nick. Since our last contact, I have been to see my friend's dogs a few times. I have fed them chewy sticks (with my OWN hands) twice. Last night, my wife and I took both the dogs for a 15 minute walk. They know me very well now. When I arrive, they run to me and climb up on me - and I enjoy it! I have done all but touch the mouth and the nose. I think I will do that very soon. We are now considering getting a puppy!Do I need to say how grateful I am for your help? Well, I am.THANK YOU! Farhad (Kettering. Severe dog phobia for over 40 years)

"Differences ? Very much !! Since we met I have not had one sweet, biscuit, cake, nor have I been eating an extra final course with a meal. We’ve eaten out several times and I’ve easily stuck to just one course, even forsaking my favourite desert. The book has been very helpful and for the first time I’ve understood the role of insulin in the food digestive process.I still need to work on the overall food  balance, but I really seem to have a changed attitude to food and for example don’t “gorge” late in the evening. We wait to see if these changes are “fixed” or transitory, but I do seem to feel different about food. I do not get the driven compulsion to eat, nibble, gorge anymore.Long may it continue !!!" - PWR (Peterborough) [Weight Loss]

Before I went to Nick's session I was suffering from panic attacks and the days started to get duller.  I was waking up in the morning dreading the day ahead and my thoughts were very negative!  I tried to change my thought process to try and pick myself up but I couldn't - my thoughts took over me again and again!!  This now began to take over my life and I started feeling frightened and very unwell.   I can honestly say it is now 2 wks after my treatment and I actually feel I'm getting my life back on track.  I do not wake up in the morning and feel worried about the day.  I do not sit at my desk at work with a head full of thoughts that I cannot control.  I can actually organise myself again and feel a great deal better!!  I can look in the mirror and honestly see ME,  a me I know staring back (it feels nice) I had a fear of flying also & the big test will be when I actually book the holiday; but so far so good, I don't feel panicky when I think of flying and I'm quite looking forward to booking our next holiday.Just want to thank you again Nick for the help you gave me at such short notice!  It was scary what I was going through!!!  - MM (Peterborough) [Anxiety, Panic, Flying Phobia]

With regards to the match it went really well. I had a few nerves at the start of the match and in the dressing room but while I was playing I had none which before I had seen you I had. The nerves before the match were more of a case of wanrting to get on and play although I did have a few negative thoughts I managed to use the fist technique to control them...As the game goes we lost but it was down to no fault of my own, as I had a good game" - ST (Peterborough) [teenager, Sport Peak Performance]

Having been a smoker for the best part of 23 years I was desperate to kick this nasty habit. My session with Nick lasted two and a half hours, and started with a series of questions; key triggers to when and why I smoked. This forced me to look deeper at myself and I found the process very interesting. Hypnotherapy/NLP followed. The experience was very relaxing, and I subsequently felt that the urge to smoke was largely removed. Nick gave me follow-up techniques to use as well which was great. I love being a non-smoker". -AG (Oundle) [Smoking]

I went to see Nick to help me break the habit biting my nails, after a series of questions Nick established my nail biting was my way of coping with stress/anxiety in certain situations.  My session lasted over two hours whilst I learnt techniques to help cope with stressful situations, think more positively and visualise my nail looking longer and better in the future. 5 weeks later I have not bitten my nails once!  Thank you! AS (Peterborough) [Nail Biting Habit]

I find it hard to believe that for 28 years my phobia has inhibited me from doing so many things. After just a couple of  hours, ....... most importantly 1 hour spent relaxing with my eyes closed.... and very little effort on my part, I left feeling like I could laugh in the face of my old fears. I cannot believe I use to let my phobia run my life and have now happily faced situations I never thought possible before. Definately the most productive saturday morning I have had in ages. Dr F (Peterborough) [Fish Phobia]

Youare a genius!!! I have to admit I was sceptical and didn't think the session had gone that well for me but today - I had my first blood test in 20yrs and if I had to have another one tomorrow it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Thank you so much.... ...Anyway Many, Many thanks again - life changing.H (Peterborough) [phobia of Blood Tests]

Hal's performance and confidence suffered after a hard crash and his results declined. He also suffered from race nerves. The session was very relaxed and not too intense for Hal and covered the issues that had made Hal inhibited. It was nice that I was able to sit in the session. The outcome was amazing Hal was definitely more confident and rode very well did'nt seem nervous at the starts and was positive all day. He done all the exercise that you had told him to before the day had started. AW (Peterborough) [11 Year old - Sports Peak Performance]

I just wanted to drop you a quick note just to let you know that Emma gave birth to our son 'Eshan' on the 15th August. He weighed in at 8lb 40z. The birth went really well. I just wanted to thank you for the help you gave Emma and without a doubt it made a huge difference in helping her to cope with the delivery. Once again thank you and kind regards to your family.
