I have 15 years experience in business, including having held an Associate Director role and various board member positions in business units within the BGL Group, a top UK company.

In my therapy services, I specialise in areas related to Anxiety, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Stress and Post Traumatic Stress. I often incorporate working from a human givens approach.

In my coaching services I specialise in helping businesses with strategy formulation and I also work closely with senior IT staff of all sized organisations to help them create and communicate clear and appropriate strategies to the rest of their business, specifically at board level. Quite often this involves one to one or group coaching sessions.

I have helped many people make important and lasting changes in their lives through a professional, respectful and sometimes challenging approach, which is individually tailored to your style, needs and situation.

Using your own resources and skills combined with the proven techniques of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, NLP and my extensive business knowledge (if required), my aim is for you to notice significant benefit after the first session.

Because of my success rate with clients most of my referrals come from word of mouth and I am happy to provide you with references if required. I receive a significant number of referrals from lcal GP's.
